About Me

I'm an AI Engineer specialised in building LLM-based systems for information retrieval, structured reasoning, and production deployment.

I currently work on AI systems deployed in operational environments, including projects for public healthcare organisations and the Italian Air Force Academy.

My work spans multi-agent architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured query generation in SQL, graph databases (Cypher) and semantic ontology systems (SPARQL), through to model adaptation via fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and knowledge distillation.

I have experience building and deploying AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and system behaviour under real-world conditions.

On the infrastructure side, I have worked with on-premise multi-GPU environments (H100, L40S), inference services with vLLM and Unsloth, vector databases such as FAISS and Chroma, graph databases such as Neo4j, and REST APIs built with FastAPI. I also have experience with AWS-based cloud systems.

Beyond AI systems, I bring solid software engineering expertise in Python, C/C++, asynchronous and multithreaded programming, distributed systems, Docker orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and backend development.
